Summary The purpose of this position is to explore new markets for business, generate new customers, and help company reach it sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities Sales: Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Marketing:
a) Maintaining relationship with Schools/ colleges by regular visits.
b) Organizing events/presentation/seminars for various products
c) Database collection via school/college activities
d) Feedback on existing products
e) Competitors information and on the ground information about products
Counseling & Conversion:
a) Knowledge about all the products including colleges of that course
b) Handling counseling for walk-ins, in absence of student advisor
c) Follow up for counseling at centers
Work Experience Minimum years of experience:
• 2 – 10 yrs of experience
Educational Qualification Needs to be an MBA

Department Network and College Test Prep (CTP)
Location Kolkata
Responsibilities Planning & executing marketing activities and coordinating with the Sales Teams across the Eastern Region:
• Building and managing school/institutional relationships
• Planning and managing marketing events
• Coordinating with the local Sales Teams
• Marketing support for the local Sales Teams
Planning & supervising academic delivery in the Eastern Region:
• Evaluating and appraising quality/competence of local faculty
• Maintenance of academic standards
• Adherence to course structures
• Community building with students
• Academic events for students

Educational Qualification Minimum qualifications required:
• MBA from a reputed college
Work Experience Minimum years of experience:
