Story

Nowadays celebrities giving voice over in Telugu movies has become a fashion. Coming to the story, Bharath (Bala) and Commissioner's (Rajan R Dev) daughter Shilpa (Sonia Suri) love each other. To avoid marriage with someone whom Shilpa doesn't like, Shilpa and Bharath plan to elope. In the meanwhile someone kidnaps Shilpa. Kalyani is an orphan. Kalyani treats a girls as her sister. A goon drugs that girl and takes her nude photographs. He starts blackmailing the girl with those nude photos. The girl leaves a note for Kalyani and commits suicide. Kalyani gets the dugs dealer and his accomplice, a police officer, arrested. On advice of the Hoster Warden, Kalyani shifts over to Vizag from Hyderabad. There an interior decorator falls in love with her and they get married. The chit fund company in which Kalyani is working shuts down the business. Along with other staff, Kalyani is also taken to police station for interrogation. The police officer there is none other than the one whom Kalyani got arrested previously. On suspicion, he arrests Kalyani's husband and puts Kalyani in a lady S.I.'s custody. What happens thereafter is the remaining story.

Analysis

The latest trend in story narration seems to be telling the end part in the beginning and vice versa. Manirathnam started this kind of narration with film "Yuva" and failed to present it properly. Suryakiran too followed the same kind of narration in this movie. Tempo of narration is very slow in this movie and tests patience of the audience. Songs in the movie are obstructions to its narration which annoys the viewer. Equally annoying is Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Vissu and Kondavalasa's comedy. The movie has nothing that can sustain interest of the viewer.

Perspective

Acting: Though they are newcomers, Bala and Sonia Suri performed well. Others too have done justice to their respective roles. Music: God alone can tell how an average viewer will understand the songs in this movie. Re-recording not bad. Camera: It's somewhat better, good camera work. Editing: Ditto as above. Dialogues : Average. Lyrics: Lyrics literally not up to the mark. Choreography: As like songs. Action: Better. Not a must watch movie, if you wish, you can!
