Santosh (Varun Sandesh) is an orphan, who along with four of his friends owns a company named Cartoons. Their business is to deliver Bouquets and Gifts in a very pleasing manner. Santosh has a long cherished wish of loving someone and in return be loved by her. He proposes to many girls, but none of them loves him. Santosh starts liking a girl Puja (Vega), who has come from a foreign country. Though Santosh loves her sincerely, but Puja dislikes love. Because of this Santosh hesitates in expressing his love for Puja and instead keeps on telling her how deeply he loves a girl (Imaginary). One day Puja strongly insists Santosh to show his beloved. Just to escape from Puja's insistence, Santosh shows her a girl from distance, who is in white chudidar. Without Santosh knowing it, puja meets that girl in white chudidar. Her name is Priya (Sharanya) and hails from Vizag. She has a brother Suri (Bommali Ravi), who is a big 'dada' of Vizag. Puja tells Priya how deeply Santosh loves her and shows Priya some letters written by him. First Priya refuses to accept santosh's love, but later she begins to love him. When Santosh comes to know all this through Puja, he decides to tell the truth to Priya that he is in love with Puja, not Priya. By this time Priya's brother Suri comes in to picture and tells Santosh that Priya will not live many days and requests Santosh to act as if he really loves her. Santosh agrees to do that. Whether Santosh wins his love...? Will puja accept Santosh's love...? To know all these.... one has to see this movie.
Analysis | ||
While first half of the movie moves ahead with hilarious comedy, its story gets interesting in the second part. But overall,one gets the feeling that the flick had been a bit slower. As far as Priya sharan's direction is concerned, it seems okay. The way he dealt with the story and its innovative climax are good. Regarding performance... Varun sandesh did well and Vega, Sharanya are also good. Ali's comedy too is good. Though it's a negative shaded role, Bommali Ravi has done very well as Suri. Others too did well within their scope.
Perspective | ||
Music: All the tunes are catchy in this movie. It seems to be the movie in recent times in which Mani Sharma has scored good music. Re-recording is also good. Camera: Cinematography is very nice, particularly in songs. Dialogues: Good. Have 'feel' at some places. Lyrics: Thanks Seetharamasastry who penned all the songs in the movie for preserving literary values in them. Editing: Very Good. Choreography: Neat and pleasant. Action: Not bad, well tried to make fights look natural. Movie has been made without any vulgarity in it, watchable along with entire family....once! |
